Dial: White enamel, Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, signed "Henry Capt A Geneve"

Movement: Very early lever escapement, gilt brass, bi-metallic balance with blued steel balance spring with polished steel stud holder, early long lever with ornate counterpoise and pivot end caps, jeweled to the third wheel, parts marked either "4" or "....", floating mainspring barrel with Geneva stopwork with probably original finger winder fitted onto the winding square, 41mm, unsigned, underdial marked "19473", "TM" [overstamped with "88" to hide it], "277" [probably "1277"], scratched "G Kopp, Princton" presumably George Gregor Kopp Mar 1840 Germany-17 Dec 1918 Princeton, NJ. One tooth broken from ratchet wheel, upper lever cap jewel broken but serviceable, one case screw & balance cock screw & one mainspring cock screw missing
